My Approach

Sika Consulting employs a Human-Centered Design methodology to diligently craft innovative solutions that resonate with all stakeholders. This approach, comprising Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation, forms the bedrock of our strategy. We are dedicated to fostering fairness and inclusivity across industries, channeling a distinctive skill set ideally tuned to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Inspiration

requires active listening to develop empathy and motivation to affect change. The result is a better understanding of all stakeholders’ needs.

Ideation

is creative solution development, providing multiple options to stakeholders, and gathering and integrating input. As our world has not been equitable nor inclusive, we must imagine this new world and iterate our processes to get there. The use of pilots to practice is one of the best tools to support this work.

Implementation

turns empathy developed during inspiration and ideas from the ideation stage into compassion. Compassion is having empathy, taking action, and implementing the optimal solution for all stakeholders centering on equity and inclusion.
